Management and execution risk are always there, so it helps to minimize risk as best as possible by taking country risk very seriously.  I have a low risk tolerance.  Others can have the glory on the crapshoots.

It’s interesting to see the US sitting at #6 behind Chile, Brazil and Mexico.  Permitting, social and tax issues ding Uncle Sam.
